YPA
The York School Parents’ Association (YPA) plays a large part in contributing to this vibrant community. The YPA is a volunteer organization that conducts events that increase school spirit and camaraderie. The YPA also encourages volunteerism and raises funds to support the school. All parents and guardians of current students are automatically members of the YPA.

Middle/Senior School: Preloved Uniform Drive collection boxes are on the main floor by the reception.
Please bring all your Preloved uniforms to your child/children's respective campus and place them inside the boxes provided at reception.

YPA Parent Connects Book Club
This is a casual book club, designed to create connections and build community, so while we'll be discussing one book each month, we'll use it to talk about other topics as well. You are welcome to participate even if you didn't finish, or didn't like, the latest book. We plan to meet monthly, so feel free to join in any month.

About the Author: Ashley Audrain’s debut novel, The Push, was a New York Times, Sunday Times, and number-one international bestseller, and a Good Morning America Book Club pick. It has sold in more than forty territories, and a limited television series is currently in development. Her second novel, The Whispers, is also a number-one international bestseller. Audrain previously worked as the publicity director of Penguin Books Canada, and prior to that she worked in public relations. She lives in Toronto, where she and her partner are raising their two young children.

Parent Connects Monthly Coffee Socials
The Parent Connects Committee is putting together a monthly parent coffee social open to all York families. The York School is a strong believer in community building and this monthly get together would be a great opportunity to bring both new and returning families together across all divisions (Junior, Middle and Senior Schools).
