The York School Parents’ Association (YPA) plays a large part in contributing to this vibrant community. The YPA is a volunteer organization that conducts events that increase school spirit and camaraderie. The YPA also encourages volunteerism and raises funds to support the school. All parents and guardians of current students are automatically members of the YPA.

WINTER IS WARMING UP!

The York SHOP

The York Shop is having a flash sale on York School Socks. Come and get your cozy winter cabin socks for just $10.00 while supplies last. Remember the shop is currently open during the lunch hour between 11:40am and 12:40pm. Please contact Leslie Pringle, our new shop coordinator, if you have any questions at lpringle@yorkschool.com.

The Shop will be open during the following days and times:

  • Mondays: 11:40am to 12:40pm

  • Tuesdays: 11:40am to 12:40pm or if there is an assembly the hours are 12:05pm to 12:55pm

The York Shop is located at 1320 Yonge Street next to the Learning Commons.

PRE-LOVED UNIFORM DONATIONS

Drop off anytime during the school year!
Bins are just inside the Yonge St doors:

  • Junior School: next to bike + scooter parking

  • Middle and Senior School: behind Reception desk

Uniform pieces in great condition?
We’ll keep them in circulation through the Pre-Loved Uniform Sale. Money raised goes toward amazing YPA events for our kids!

Stained, torn or out-of-date pieces?
TYS partners with a company who will shred them and turn them into insulation!
Extend the life + usefulness of your uniform pieces by dropping them in the YPA Pre-Loved bins! We greatly appreciate your support.
