Grade 11 Everyday Math Exam - Monday, January 19, 9:00am

  • Students who are taking math every day in Grade 11 will sit a final exam for the first course (MCR3U) on the morning of Monday, January 19. Classes in Grade 11 will proceed but teachers will not move ahead with the curriculum during the morning periods. Students writing the exams will be dismissed for lunch after finishing and will return to their afternoon classes at 12:40pm.

Pick-A-Time Opens - Wednesday, January 28, 1:00pm

  • Pick-A-Time will be open for parents to book appointments for Student-Centred Interviews on January 28, at 1:00pm. More information will be shared next week.

  • Student-Centred Interviews are scheduled for February 11 from 1:00pm - 8:30pm and February 12 from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

  • On February 11 students will follow a compressed schedule and be dismissed by 11:40am. There is no supervision or classes for students in the afternoon of February 11 and all day on February 12.

Wellness Week - January 19 - 23

Please join our student leaders and Wellbeing team as we take the time to unpack the theme of “Growth and Grit”, as it applies to our mental and physical wellbeing. 

Throughout the week, students and staff can look forward to casual days and activities that reflect this year’s theme.

Senior Semi Formal

We are so excited to be hosting our Masquerade themed Senior School Semi-Formal Dance on Friday, January 30, 2026 at a brand new location, so close to York: 918 Bathurst. Doors open at 8:00pm and students must check-in before 8:45pm. The dance ends at 10:30pm. Tickets are on sale now until Friday, January 16 using this google form. If students are bringing a non-York school student they must complete a guest form and return it to Ms. Fuss at afuss@yorkschool.com by Monday January 26. Guest forms can be picked up from the Student Life office or will be emailed if requested.
