Middle School - JUNE 12, 2025

upcoming events

Dear Parents,

Today’s Flash message marks the end of the 2024-2025 school year, as well as my last in this wonderful York School community.

It has been a privilege and an honor to be part of your child’s learning and growth. At the York School, we believe in all students and set a high bar. We believe that curiosity, embracing challenges and contributing to a community supports student growth. We believe in a partnership between the school and home to help our students achieve their full potential.

I applaud our teaching faculty for their dedication, energy, and care to your student’s education. They are world-class educators committed to teaching and learning through relationships.

Thank you, parents, and the YPA, for the support and fun events that make school a learning place with social and fun experiences.

Congratulations to our students for their work and engagement with school. While there are many adults behind each student, it is the student who is principled, open-minded, reflective, and caring who is poised to be the best version of themselves and make the biggest impact on a community.

Wishing all families a safe, fun, and relaxing summer vacation, and good things ahead.

With deep appreciation,

Helen Gin
Middle School Principal
