Essay Competition: The Visionary Minds Challenge invites ambitious students aged 14-18 at schools in the Immerse Education School Network around the globe to engage with the most pressing issues of our time. This competition serves as a platform for students to voice their innovative ideas and propose actionable solutions to some of the most critical challenges of our time

Through this essay competition, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas and solutions to challenges in artificial intelligence, sustainability, digital education, and global health. Click HERE to learn more.


Students can earn college credit with Georgetown for students with a passion for biology or psychology. Each course features dynamic video lessons taught by renowned Georgetown faculty and includes access to and support from teaching assistants (TAs). Even better, the online format allows students to earn college credit from the comfort of their own home.

Biology: The Science of Cells and Innovation explains the relationship between cell organization and human disease. Students will discover how scientists use sophisticated microscopy to advance our knowledge of cells, and explore technologies that are opening a new vision for understanding our make-up at the cellular level.

Psychology: How The Brain Influences Behavior explores the science behind how your brain processes emotions, and how this can affect behavior. Students will get a primer on neuroscience, and explore what happens as the brain ages, the impact of drugs, and excessive social media.


The Engineering Outreach Team at TMU invites girls in Gr. 7-11 to explore the world of Coding and AI on April 6, at Go CODE Girl. 

TMU's Go CODE Girl 2024, is a FREE opportunity for girls in Grades 7-11 to explore the world of engineering. Participants in this day-long event will learn the basics of coding and artificial intelligence (AI) and discover opportunities in the computing and engineering fields. Participants will also be able to engage with current engineering students, like-minded peers, and staff. 

This program is designed for beginners, you do not need to have any experience with engineering or programming to participate. Intermediate and advanced learners are also welcome!
