uoTutorat, the University of Ottawa’s Virtual Tutoring Centre, is offering free tutoring services in French for students in grades 7 to 12.

Until the end of June, U Ottawa’s  student team will offer one-on-one meetings to help your students with their French, mathematics and science. Our tutors can review material with students or assist them with their homework. This service is offered in French only.


For students, this coming Sunday, April 21 at 7:00pm ET, Brennan Barnard (college admission program advisor for the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Making Caring Common project)  will be joined by three college students to answer questions about their unique admission journeys and how it all worked out in the end!

Thursday, April 25 at 7:30pm ET A free, live Q&A with Dr. Lisa Damour, author of The Emotional Lives of Teenagers. Brennan Barnard and Lisa will discuss everything from mental health, anxiety, and achievement pressure to identity, independence, and responsibility.

The High School Market Simulation Challenge

The High School Market Simulation Challenge is returning in both virtual and in-person format on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024! These events provide exceptional high school students with an introduction to the field of finance and an opportunity to learn through simulated business scenarios at the state-of-the-art BMO Financial Group Finance Research and Trading Lab (FRT-Lab).
